How is this Delivered: In a box flat packed and very well protected against damage in transit, it is not possible to ship such a large chair economically around Australia so we have always sent this product out disassembled and boxed. Assembly is quite simple please view the assembly video in the product video tab. You will find that many of the bolts required are already fitted into the base of the chair so you just need to unscrew these before you assemble the chair, this is explained in the assembly video.

Please note: If X-Wheels are selected, the chair will sit higher than the standard configuration. This option increases chair height by approximately 20mm when replacing 50mm casters, or 10mm when replacing 60mm casters.
