Returns Policy

      • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

      • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

      • Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all associated return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or faulty items along with your proof of purchase.
