Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorisation. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all associated return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or faulty items along with your proof of purchase.
