Anti-Static Details:

A chemical compound is added to the rubber wheel compound to make the wheel – polyurethane or rubber – electrostatic dissipative. The static dissipative material has medium resistance to electrical flow.

X-Wheel Dimensions:

X-Wheel Warranty & Branding Details: X-Wheels are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. For the first 3 years BDO Furniture will replace any defective wheels and bear the cost of shipping. After the 4th year we will replace any defective wheels and the customer will pay for shipping. After the 7th year, we will replace any defective wheels at 50% of the then-current retail price and the customer will pay for shipping. X Blade wheels that fail due to premature wear, faulty materials, or manufacturer’s defect will be subject to the terms of this limited lifetime warranty. Over years of use especially on rough surfaces the tyre will wear this type of general wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. In early 2025 these amazing wheels were rebranded to “X-Wheel”. We will be dispatching out all older stock with “bdo furniture” and “Humanzen” branding along with our newer non-branded stock until all stock has depleted and then we will start dispatching out the X-Wheel branded wheels once they arrive. All wheels are identical, manufactured with the same materials under the same license just with new branding.

Thick and high pile carpets: X-Wheels will still work on higher pile carpets but we don’t guarantee or recommend this use as they are designed to work on a firm surface or a low pile carpet like a carpet tile used in offices. When used on higher pile carpets and carpets with underlay you may find they catch. If you want longevity when using these X-Wheels on thicker carpet we would recommend a metal base but even then we can’t guarantee or warranty this type of use.
