Only 1 product from an order will be eligible for trial. As we are sure you can understand, with trial chairs going all over the country we ask you to make full payment on the product prior to it being dispatched, if you decide that the product doesn’t work for you just send it back within 30 days and once the item is received back at our warehouse we will refund you the full amount less 15% of the overall invoice amount. This small amount goes towards the freight back, checking the product on return & restocking. This small amount would be way less than the cost of your time and travel expense to go and see the chair at a showroom and sit in it for a few minutes! If a chair has a fault or a part breaks during the trial & you decide to keep the chair we will replace what we deem needed to ensure the chair is in perfect working order. If there is a fault or something breaks on the chair during the trial you can still return the chair under the 30 Day Risk-Free Trial, the conditions and costs of the return as stated will still apply. If we are notified outside the 1 week trial period that you would like to return the trial chair the freight costs may not be credited.
