Please note that we are unable to deliver items to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. However, we can deliver small accessories and some monitor arms to these locations.

The delivery transit time frames are estimates provided by our shipping providers. They begin from the date of dispatch from our warehouse and are based on business days, not calendar days.

While we make every effort to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames, occasional delivery delays that are beyond our control may occur. If your order is more than 3 business days late based on the above time frames, please contact us. Provide your name, order number, and the date of your order.

According to our delivery partner's guidelines, we cannot guarantee delivery to your business/house/apartment via stairs or elevators. Our delivery partners typically drop items at the ground floor level or at your front door.

Please be aware that rural and remote areas may experience longer shipping times. We do our best to select the fastest delivery partner for your area to ensure the quickest possible delivery times.

Some products may be eligible for Click & Collect depending on the products you are after and the location you are in.  Stock availability may vary from state to state.
