BDO Furniture Christmas Operating Times

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to update you on our Christmas and New Year operating schedule to ensure your orders and inquiries are handled smoothly during this busy time.

Key Dates to Remember:

🎄 Last Day for Pre-Christmas Delivery Orders:
Place your order by Tuesday, 17th December 2024 to ensure the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
For urgent orders after this date, please call us, and we’ll do our best to expedite your delivery.

🎅 Early Office Closure:
Our office will close at 1pm on Friday, 20th December 2024, as we prepare for the holiday break.

☃️ Holiday Office Closure:
The office will be closed from Monday, 23rd December 2024 through to Tuesday, 7th January 2025.
We will reopen on Wednesday, 8th January 2025 to assist you with all your furniture needs.

🎁 Rostered Staff Available:
While the office is closed, we will have rostered staff on duty (except on public holidays: 25th, 26th December 2024 and 1st January 2025) to handle urgent inquiries and assist where possible.

☎️ Please note: whilst we will do everything to answer your phone call, during busy periods with less staff on hand, phones may not be answered.

🔔 Online Ordering Open 24/7:
You can continue to place orders online at any time during the holiday period.
