What qualifies

• Identical product: same brand, model, specifications, colour.
• Competitor must be AU-based and item in stock
• Price must include GST and delivery
• Publicly advertised pricing only

What doesn’t qualify

• Clearance or liquidation stock
• Trade or commercial quotes
• Marketplace sellers
• Custom or special orders
• Obvious pricing errors
• When the lower priced retailer has no stock
