All you need to do is rebox the casters and email [email protected] we will arrange the collection in a few days and once the product is back in our warehouse we refund your total invoice amount less 15% for shipping & handling. X-Wheel Warranty Details: X-Wheels are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. For the first 3 years BDO Furniture will replace any defective wheels and bear the cost of shipping. After the 4th year we will replace any defective wheels and the customer will pay for shipping. After the 7th year, we will replace any defective wheels at 50% of the then-current retail price and the customer will pay for shipping. X Blade wheels that fail due to premature wear, faulty materials, or manufacturer’s defect will be subject to the terms of this limited lifetime warranty. Over years of use especially on rough surfaces the tyre will wear this type of general wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.  

Thick and high pile carpets: X-Wheels will still work on higher pile carpets but we don’t guarantee or recommend this use as they are designed to work on a firm surface or a very low pile carpet like a carpet tile used in offices. When used on higher pile carpets and carpets with underlay you may find they catch and in some cases can end up breaking your chair base if it’s just a nylon base. If you want longevity when using these X-Wheels on thicker carpet we would recommend a metal base but even then we can’t guarantee or warranty this type of use.
