The Metro chair was designed 10 years ago along with and group of OT’s and OH&S personnel from a number of hospitals because they needed a visitor chair that offered the below benefits:Â

The metro chairs have a universal frame system, both the no armchair and the with arms chair use the same frame the arms slide and lock into the top of the frame. We have been using this frame system for over 10 years now and this enables customers to have arms fitted to these chairs down the track if there requirements change. If arms will never be required on these chairs the raised front tube section can be removed. If we are advised when you place your order this raised tube section can be removed in our factory if not the customer will need to arrange for this to be done on site.
