year structural warranty on the Altex desk. This warranty offers you full cover against any faulty workmanship. The motor and electrics on these desks have a 5 year warranty, this covers all replacement of parts during this
period.
Assembly:
These desks are easy to assemble but it is critical that the following points are followed, if they are not followed fully and precisely the desk could come apart over time and use and this is not covered by our warranty
unless we have assembled the desk for you.
1) The drive shaft is installed correctly and the locking pin is tight so that it can’t work loose.
2) The other very important point is that all metal pins in the legs are correctly located into the cam locking devise in the modesty panel and the cam is fully locked. If the cam will not fully lock you just need to wind
the pin either in or out until it lines up correctly and the cam can be locked into place
