Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. We may not be required to provide a remedy or refund if a consumer:
- Simply changes their mind, decides they do not like the purchase or has no use for it
- The item doesn't do exactly what they thought it would do but it does what the description says
- Finds that the items do not fit when measurements of the items are displayed
- Finds that the item is just uncomfortable or doesn't provide the comfort or support they expected
- Discovers they can buy the goods or services more cheaply elsewhere
- Has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable.

1. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. Where a product is within the 30 day period and a refund is requested, Buy Direct Online will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from Buy Direct Online (this includes items with free shipping) and the 15% restocking fee
- Cost to return the product to Buy Direct Online (same warehouse the item was shipped from)
- If the item is returned with damage or wear & tear that renders the product un-saleable BDO will be entitled to evaluate the damage and provide a refund based on the costs to repair the item.
3. Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
4. If you are returning a product please make sure it is well protected and packaged similar to the way you received the product.
5. Where an item is found to be faulty, Buy Direct Online will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
6. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.
7. The money back guarantee does not apply to custom made to order non-stocked items which are a special size, colour, fabric etc.
8. Buy Direct Online reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
