Orders are delivered flat-packed with easy-to-assemble instructions unless other arrangements have been made, this enables faster shipping Australia-wide with no damage, we have an assembly service that is also available POA.

Generally all items over 30kg are shipped on a pallet for protection in transit and delivered to the roadside curb as close to your building as the delivery vehicle can get. If the item is under 30kg normally the driver will bring it to your door, however this is up to the discretion of the driver and not a given rule. If the item is 30kg or more due to OH&S transport regulations appropriate assistance is required, ie fit individual capable of handling 35kg minimum as a single lifter as you will need to assist the driver in unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. Good access for lift distance and unloading is required. Lifting distance should be no more than 10 metres. Driver may need to propose different delivery method if asses site to be unsuitable for a curb side delivery. We do offer a full unassisted delivery service for Metro areas this services comes at an extra cost and covers unloading the items from the delivery vehicle and bringing the items into your building. You can also select an upper level delivery with a special service, please check the online freight calculator.

The free delivery offer is for 1 complete delivery delivered to 1 destination only, multiple delivery locations will need to be quoted POA, delivery of any item that is 30kg or more is classed as an oversized item and the driver will require assistance unless you have selected and paid for the special unassisted unload or upper level delivery services these are available at an extra cost when checking out online. (some workstation systems are excluded from this offer – contact us to confirm)

Out of Stock / Pre-Order Items: If your order includes items that are listed as out of stock the order will be held until these items come back into stock (we will always check and confirm that you did noticed the item you ordered was out of stock – normally there is a time frame listed on the website when the item will be back into stock). If you would like some of the items delivered on your order and not wait until the out of stock or pre-order items come back in we can arrange a split delivery, the split delivery cost will be quoted to you for approval & payment prior to the split delivery being arranged.

Oversized Items Delivery drivers will require assistance to carry any oversized items from the vehicle to the ground floor entrance of your home, office or facility. Any item 30kg or more is deemed oversized according to OH&S policy. If no-one is available to assist the driver please select the special unassisted unload when ordering online or contact us at to arrange an assisted delivery for an extra cost. If the curbside option has been selected, a delivery is made and nobody is able to assist with the unload, it may result in a futile delivery and additional delivery charges may be issued to the customer. Maximum weight per piece is 70kg, even with assistance. The delivery driver is not responsible for removal of the pallet and packaging, however sometimes this will happen, but it is not a given rule.
