Order & Payment Methods
The online store for BuyDirectOnline currently accepts credits cards; Visa, Master Card, PayPal and Bank Transfers / EFT. We use the PayPal payment gateway for credit cards which is one of the most secure systems in the world - you do not need to have a PayPal account you can just log in as a guest. Orders will not be processed until we receive payment in full and accounts have released the order. Orders placed on a weekend or Public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian Public holidays. We process all orders as soon as you have completed the full payment. All stock orders are dispatched in 5-10 working days after payment, unless we are out of stock in which case you will be notified. All custom made to order products will be dispatched as per the lead times displayed on the product page.
All orders placed online with payment being made you will automatically be emailed a tax invoice with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Australian Government Customers Order & Payment Methods
Office Furniture Direct accepts all official Australian Government purchase orders emailed to [email protected] or faxed to (08) 81770524. Government bodies are also welcome to use the Paypal facility online and pay by credit card or EFT. BuyDirectOnline will supply goods to Australian government bodies before payment has been received as long as we have an official Australian government order number or purchase order. All goods will be delivered with an invoice which is payable as per the Australian government payment terms.
All fees and charges identified in these Terms and Conditions and all prices for the products purchased on the BuyDirectOnline website include GST, where applicable.
